To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with my key policies below. These guidelines help me maintain a high standard of coaching and support.

Commitment to your lessons

I ask this of you: be on time for your lesson each week and practice your assigned material. This mutual commitment ensures that you get the most out of every session and continue to progress. This policy helps ensure students are not wasting their time or mine.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Lessons cancelled with 24 hours notice or more, will not incur a fee.

Lessons cancelled with lesson than 24 hours notice and up to 6 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Lessons cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will incur a 100% charge except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the tutor.

Please email or text as soon as possible to let me know a student will be missing their scheduled lesson time. 

Missed lessons (no-shows)

If the student misses a lesson without calling or texting in advance (a “no-show”), the student will forfeit that lesson, and no make-up lesson will be scheduled.

The lesson will be invoiced at the full rate.
